Rock Solid Compact Developments Ltd was founded by Directors Trish Webb and Peter Kirby in 2017.
Created to deliver a high standard of rented accommodation to the public and private sector, the company is compliant with all legal requirements.
To ensure that client landlords and tenants are protected, the business works alongside selected estate agents, to ensure a seamless professional service.
Our Aims
Rock Solid Compact Developments Ltd aims to work with investors, community groups, local authority and other government agencies to support current efforts to provide solutions to some of the marked and growing problems of the lack of accommodation provision for ordinary people.
We will be offering investors good returns on Joint Ventures and a secure investment vehicle offering good ROI opportunities.
In this way we aim to create a win-win for all parties.
Our Values
We seek to support state and local authority efforts in providing homes to local people. We expect our strategy will replace the existing state mechanisms that struggle to make the provision of homes viable for certain groups.
We apply fair minded and thoughtful action in our work with individual and business clients and tenants or those looking to become homeowners.
Mission Statement
The Firm Objective of Rock Solid Compact Developments Ltd is to meet the needs of people in our local communities looking for temporary accommodation or a permanent home.
The problem of high rents and additional expenses such as council tax and utility bills are constantly increasing. Single people want to live independently but the stress of meeting unmanageable bills prevents this.
We aim to offer long term shared homes to bridge the gap between basic room rentals and expensive apartments.
The Strategy

Shared Accommodation
Managing the property of others to a high and compliant standard including refurbishing and managing empty property to provide rented shared accommodation (HMO’s)
Developments
Initiating small elegant and affordable developments for local people.
Serviced Accommodation
Providing temporary host accommodation for visiting professionals and mature students. (Serviced Accommodation).
Self-Build
Enabling groups of individuals to self-build via consultation with the Community Land Trust of which we have membership.
Supported Serviced Accommodation
Establish Serviced Accommodation for individuals with experience of homelessness and or mental health conditions. In this sector, provision will be made for counselling, medical support if needed, financial advice and help with debt.
The Support Fund
The gradual building of a Fund derived from a percentage of profits to support people in an emergency situation to cover rent, bills and food.
